1.Who we are

2.Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Website, signing up for any free event or content, or purchasing any paid programme, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3.Our services

We offer the following:

• Free content: blog posts, podcasts, videos, social media content, free events (such as our 3-night live event), and other materials
• The identity assessment: a free quiz delivered via our website
• The Rewired coaching programme: a 6-week paid coaching programme available in Group and Private (1:1) tiers, delivered via the Kajabi platform and Zoom
• Other coaching or content: as we may offer from time to time

Services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice where we discontinue a paid service that affects existing customers.

4.Eligibility and accounts

Age: Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. By using the Website or our services, you confirm you are at least 18.

Account creation: Some services require you to create an account on the Kajabi platform. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

One account per person: Accounts are personal to you. You may not share your account, login credentials, or paid programme access with anyone else.

5.User conduct

When using our Website, services, or community, you agree NOT to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against any other user, the Coach, or any third party
• Post or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or any servers or networks connected to them
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data
• Use the services to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercialise any content from our services without our written consent
• Record live sessions without our express written consent
• Share confidential information disclosed by other community members or programme participants

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take legal action where we consider these Terms have been breached.

6.Intellectual property

Our content: All content on our Website and in our programmes — including the "Rewired" name and methodology, "The Cocaine Freedom Method," workbooks, video recordings, audio content, written materials, frameworks, branding, logos, and design — is owned by Lance Samways and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your licence: We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use our content solely for your own personal development. You may not use any of our content commercially or in a coaching, therapeutic, training, or advisory capacity of your own.

What you can't do:

• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share our content in whole or in part
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of our content
• Post our content on social media, blogs, video platforms, or any other public forum
• Use our content to train any AI or machine-learning system
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Your content: By posting content in our community, submitting workbook responses, or otherwise sharing material with us, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of delivering our services. You retain ownership of anything you create.

7.Purchases and payments

Pricing: Prices for our paid programmes are displayed on our Website at the point of purchase. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include any applicable taxes.

Payment processing: Payments are processed via the Kajabi-hosted secure checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment plans: Where you choose a split-payment option (such as the pay-in-4-weekly plan), each instalment is charged automatically on the scheduled date. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for each instalment.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, contact you to update your payment details, or suspend access until payment is resolved.

Acceptance: By completing the checkout, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and (where applicable) the Service Agreement for the programme you are purchasing.

8.Refunds and cancellation

How to request a refund: Email [email protected] from the email address used at purchase, before the 14-day window expires. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of your request.

After 14 days: Once the 14-day refund window has expired, payments are non-refundable in whole or in part, regardless of whether you attend, withdraw from, or complete the programme.

Statutory rights: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. The 14-day refund guarantee above satisfies this right in full. Where the programme begins or any digital content is provided within the 14-day window, you expressly consent at checkout to such early delivery, and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may be reduced for content already delivered. Our contractual 14-day refund remains available regardless.

Full refund terms are set out in our Service Agreement (clause 4).

9.Nature of coaching

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Lance Samways is not a licensed psychotherapist, counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, nurse, addiction medicine specialist, or licensed clinical professional of any kind
• Our programmes are educational, developmental, and coaching-based in nature
• You retain full and sole responsibility for your own decisions, actions, health, and wellbeing
• Our programmes are not, and do not seek to be, a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical addiction treatment
• You should consult a qualified medical or mental health professional for any clinical concern, diagnosis, or treatment need

Crisis and emergency: Our services are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, at risk of self-harm or harm to others, or facing a medical emergency, please seek appropriate help immediately by dialling 999, NHS 111, or contacting Samaritans on 116 123.

10.Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our Website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any specific result, outcome, recovery, transformation, or change will be achieved
• Any information on the Website is accurate, current, or complete at all times

Testimonials, case studies, and examples of past participant outcomes represent the individual experience of those participants and are not a representation, warranty, or prediction of any result you will achieve.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11.Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, is limited to:

• For paid programme participants: the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose
• For users of free content or our Website only: £100

Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, mental harm, relapse, or relationship damage.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions, decisions, behaviour, and wellbeing both during and after using our services.

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lance Samways and any associated parties from and against any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms or the Service Agreement
• Your misuse of our services
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
• Any content you post, submit, or share through our services

13.Third-party platforms

Our services are delivered using third-party platforms including but not limited to Kajabi, Zoom, Stripe, and WhatsApp. By using our services you also agree to comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of those platforms where they apply to you.

We are not responsible for:

• The acts, omissions, or content of any third-party platform
• Any interruption, outage, change, or termination of any third-party platform
• Any loss or damage caused by your use of any third-party platform

Brief technical outages or issues with these third-party platforms do not constitute a breach of these Terms by us.

14.Modifications to the service

We reserve the right at any time to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Website or services
• Restrict access to any part of our services
• Change the features, content, or functionality of our services

For paid programmes, we will use reasonable efforts to give existing customers reasonable notice of any change that materially affects them.

15.Suspension and termination

Termination by you: You may stop using our Website and services at any time. Cancelling a paid programme is subject to the refund terms in clause 8 and our Service Agreement.

Termination by us: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately and without refund where you:

• Breach these Terms or the Service Agreement
• Engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour
• Persistently disrupt the services or the experience of other users
• Misuse our intellectual property
• Fail to pay any instalment when due, after reasonable opportunity to remedy

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

16.Privacy and data

Your use of our Website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you confirm you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

17.Force majeure

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance of these Terms caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, public health emergency, government action, natural disaster, internet or telecommunications outage, or failure of any third-party platform.

18.General provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and (for paid programme participants) the Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Website and services.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor business at any time.

No partnership: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency between us.

Third parties: The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to these Terms. No third party has any right to enforce any term of these Terms.

19.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:

• Notify you by email if the changes are material
• Post a prominent notice on our Website

Your continued use of the Website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20.Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based outside the UK, you may have additional statutory rights under the laws of your country which are unaffected by these Terms.
